  Prices can be competitive if they have a sale on. Customer service is a bit lack. Ordered a fridge that was damaged on arrival.. Still waiting for its replacement 2 months later..I like to support local business, but I much say it's a bit painful to support this one..Just hope if you buy something here it come all in one piece. The Whirlpool stove we got works fine and was a decent price..Just understand that the sales reps here have very little authority and any kind of problematic issues have to be resolved through the sales manager. At least at Leon's the sales people can have get issues resolved instantly in most cases..

  The salesman was very nice, however the front door on my new house was damaged by the delivery guys and Berry's won't do anything about it. Mike, the Manager, asked for a photo of the damage, and will no longer even reply or return calls.

  The bad: The sales reps couldn't provide the specs of the floor model pocket coil mattress they were proposing. The rep said Springwall only makes two types of mattress (not true) and he couldn't tell me the specs because the store controller doesn't like to share information (if this is true, it's not good business).
