  I find their limited shuttles to be annoying as well. I missed a flight this week as we sat in the lot for 25 minutes as cars continued to pull in every 4 or 5 minutes and we just kept sitting there while they casually parked and boarded the shuttle. It's my fault that I cut it close on the time but this extended delay ended up causing me to arrive after the hour cutoff time. As a whole, it's a significant decrease in the service level compared to what's provided at the other Canadian locations i have used.

  I will be paying the extra $3/day in the future so I'm not relying on this outfit to take me the final half a km to the airport in under 30 minutes.

  The shuttle service here is a little frustrating and costs about double what the park n fly in Edmonton costs, not to mention they don't honor the Park n Fly loyalty account here.

  Very friendly staff, as well as easy and convenient to use. I parked my car for a week in a rate of $75. If I used a taxi, I would've paid over a $100 for going to and getting back from the airport.

  I parked there this past weekend and I noted that my bike rack which is bolted to my hitch was completely loosened. The rack is screwed on but also has a lock. This requires a specific tool so obviously it was done intentionally. I called Park and Fly and they reported no recent suspicious activity. Concerning of course as I am worried there was an attempt to remove/steal my bike rack.
